sewing? here goes nothing!

I've taken up sewing classes. This is something I've been wanting to do for a long time now, so I'm proud and excited to finally go for it! We are starting of with a skirt (I'm making a folded skirt design by Mme Zsazsa). I've been browsing for some designs for trousers for my boy, though, and have found a treasure of information already. I will follow the explanations of Made here. Let's see how it goes!

To get me started properly, I'm joining the Kids Clothes Week Challenge. You have to (try to) knit for one hour every day for one week and make something for your kid(s). Knowing that other people are trying as well may give me the boost to finally sit down and do it. Wish me luck ;-).
