flock avontuur

My next project has been fixed for a while: a reversible hooded sweater. Following the model of 'Stof-voor-durf-het-zelvers', made reversible by Eva (thanks for that!). But, we're not at that point yet. I'm looking for the perfect rib tricot border and I hope to find it at Stoffenspektakel in Leuven on Sunday. Bambiblauw will be there, so I cannot promise I will only buy rib tricot!

Patroontje viking uitgetekend: check.

BUT what this post is really about, is my first flock foil experience. One side of my sweater will be the beautiful gray viking fabric by Bora, for the other side I chose a dark blue tricot. It needed pimping, so I flocked in bright orange! Drew a viking pattern: check.

Flockfolie uitgeknipt: check.

Cut the flock foil: check.

Flockfolie gepositioneerd: check!

Flock foil in position: check!

And the result... will come when the sweater is finished!

Donkerblauwe/dark blue tricot stof: Stoffenwinkeltje Westerlo
Oranje flockfolie/ orange flock foil: Bambiblauw
